Fillers

Injectable filler is a soft tissue filler injected into the skin at varying depths to help fill in facial wrinkles, provide facial volume, and augment facial features: restoring a smoother appearance. 

 

Most fillers used at Sure Radiance contain hyaluronic acid. What makes hyaluronic acid so effective is that it binds with water molecules in your skin, thereby providing a hydrated, plump, natural look. In addition, HA fillers can be reversed (if there is a rare complication of vascular occlusion) with a product called Hylenex (containing hyaluronidase) which adds an extra layer of safety when using fillers.  

 

Another filler option is Radiesse which is a filler comprised of Calcium Hydroxyapatite. The calcium is suspended in a water-based, gel-like solution which not only fills desired areas but stimulates collagen growth. The calcium and the gel are absorbed by the body over time.
